Jazz Vehicle - 40 Piece Jazz Band

Jazz Vehicle is a 40 piece Jazz band located in Lincoln, UK. A big band that is based upon some of the best musicians of thecounty of lincolnshire. The Conductor John Crouch formed the band to provide a Vehicle for students to hone their musical skills and Talents.

AJS & Associates filmed the 20th Anivarsary of Jazz at The Lawn in Lincoln, June 2006. Available space for filming was limited due to the large following the band has. We filmed the band with 2 Cameras and simply used two S.E. Electronics condensor microphones at the back of the Hall to pick up the ambient sound and their superb performance. Other microphones were used for the performance to boost the sound of some of the softer instruments, but this was more for their audience than the video recording.
